Cardio is established as resource for molecular biology information on Cardiovascular Disease.It is managed by the biomedical information unit, Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Peking University. It creates databases of genes and proteins about cardiovascular disease, conducts research in computational biology, and disseminates biomedical information for the better understanding of molecular processes affecting human health and disease.

By now,The information about the major cardiovascular diseases is published here.In this database, 950 genes have been collected.Database use 57 attributes per gene to desribe it. Also, database provide a wide cross reference with other bioinformatics web.

Although, we are only at the begin point. everything need us to refine.If we dont give up, we will reach high.
